Most employers would like to know you have already graduated but will call to discuss. Each situation is individual and we can talk about your options depending on the needs of the employer, and exactly how much time you have left to complete your program. Even when an employer is willing to hire you with minimal time left before graduation, your program must be completed before you begin full time employment.
All document request need to be submitted to the academic processor. The best way would be through email. Please include a current phone number in case we need to speak to you and the address you wish your documents to be mailed.

Our Facilities team engages in frequent and robust cleaning protocols. In addition to the routine custodial cleaning efforts, we have implemented an enhanced cleaning frequency to clean and disinfect common areas and commonly touched surfaces throughout the campus. We disinfect with a professional-grade Electrostatic Cleaning System that kills 99.99% of bacteria and viruses and is specifically approved by the EPA for use with COVID-19. We also provide enhanced, deep cleanings if someone should test positive for COVID-19.
Employees and students will be notified through e2Campus alert text of any confirmed cases. Potentially exposed individuals will be contacted directly by the School Director, and the local health department is contacted immediately. Areas of campus visited by infected individuals will be closed temporarily for extensive cleaning. An infected individual must seek medical guidance and isolate themselves for up to 14 days.

We employ the following safety measures: All employees, students, and visitors are required to participate in daily temperature checks upon entering the campus. Limiting gatherings and implementing staggered break times and dining schedules. Signage is prominently displayed to promote awareness and understanding of safety protocols. Installing barriers and partitions. Modifying classroom layouts and location. Monitoring individuals demonstrating symptoms of illness to stay home and seek medical attention Making proactive calls to students who have been absent for more than (2) days. Appropriate use of face masks or coverings is critical in minimizing risks to others near you. Maintaining social distancing of 6 feet from others. Washing hands and provide hand sanitizers.
Pennco Tech has always proudly offered hands-on training, and firmly believes this is the best mode of education for our programs. We adhered to the guideline set forth by government restrictions and went to Online Learning. When the restrictions were lifted, we were able to welcome students back for classroom instruction and labs on our campus.

Yes. At our Bristol, PA campus, we proudly offer Authorized OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Outreach Training programs that can be used by students and local professionals.
Yes. Many of our students take advantage of day and evening classes to help make it easier to fit an education into a busy schedule.
All currently enrolled students were placed on an Approved Leave of Absence (LOA) for six months. This means everything is on hold until the institution resumes online, or the campus resumes normal operations. There is nothing that you need to do.
We encourage students to contact our Student Loan Counseling Department to discuss the options that are available, or contact your loan servicer. Interest will not accrue on federally held student loans, beginning on March 13, 2020, for both current and out-of-school students. As of right now all repayment of Federal Loans have been placed on an automatic deferment, without interest accruing through September 30th, 2020. The Department of Education may extend that period, depending on the status of the COVID-19 emergency.
If you were approved and eligible for Financial Aid, but never started, all funds are left in an estimated status. Federal student aid will not be disbursed until campus operations resume.
Online courses will still be based off clock hours. Your financial aid eligibility will not change from on campus courses that were being offered online.
We understand that many of our students are experiencing additional expenses related to the disruption of campus operations as a result of COVID-19. Our Bristol, PA and Blackwood, NJ campuses each received a HEERF grant. This grant was created under the Coronavirus Aid Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act. These funds will be distributed via a need-based points formula, which will be used to provide relief to our students, and/or their families, affected by the COVID-19 predicament. Eligibility Requirements: As of right now, all enrolled students at Pennco Tech have been placed on an Approved Leave of Absence (LOA). The HEERF provided to Pennco Tech under the CARES Act will be available to Financial Aid eligible, and enrolled (LOA), students only. These students must have a completed and processed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on file. If you are eligible and have incurred expenses related to the disruption of campus operations, please complete the steps below to acknowledge receipt of the emergency grant funds.
1. Log into your Pennco Tech Student Email account. 2. Open the attached document. 3. Complete the form and submit. 4. The Financial Aid Department will receive the form, complete their portion assigning each individual grant amount. 5. The form is re-submitted to your Pennco Tech email address. 6. Sign the form & submit. Pennco Tech will issue your refund via check, through postal mail. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and available to you.
Our Veterans, and Post-9/11 GI Bill students who were attending on campus courses, which are now being converted to an online platform, will resume receiving the monthly housing allowance once the new payment periods have been determined.
You pay your federal student loans to your specified student loan servicer. This information can be found at studentaid.gov or you can contact our Student Loan Counseling Department.

You can login to the federal student aid website to see an overview of your federal loan balances. There is important information on this site about repayment, forbearance and loan forgiveness.
Most federal student loan types, after you graduate, leave school, or drop below half-time enrollment, you have a six-month grace period before you must begin making payments.

In some cases, the dependent or surviving spouse and children of a Veteran can get educational assistance through a GI Bill program. Learn more about Survivors’ and Dependents’ Educational Assistance Program (Chapter 35) at https://www.va.gov/education/survivor-dependent-benefits/.
Also, if the service member has unused Post-9/11 GI Bill benefits, they may be able to transfer up to 36 months of benefits to their spouse or a dependent child. The VA will mail the Certificate of Eligibility (COE), or award letter, within 30 days from the date the VA application was submitted. The COE includes details of the VA education benefit that the student is entitled.
Applicants can call the VA Education Call Center 888-GIBILL-1 (888-442-4551), two-weeks after applying, to learn if they are eligible.
A student is considered full time when enrolling for the day programs at 34 hours per week
A student is considered half-time when enrolling in the evening programs at 12 hours per week
Pay amount depends on the VA Chapter the student is entitled. Please review the monthly rates for each VA Chapter on the VA Pay Rates located on the MVP website. Students are encouraged to use the GI Bill® Comparison Tool to learn about each of the VA education benefits and compare their pay rate information.
Also, the Veteran School Certifying Official will ensure each certification is submitted through the VA Once system a month prior to the certification date to be sure all veterans receive their monthly housing allowance on time.
